Return Policy

At Empire Trailers USA, customer satisfaction is important to us. We encourage customers to carefully review all product specifications, measurements, and options before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before processing or production begins. If production, customization, or order preparation has already started, cancellation requests may not be accepted or may be subject to cancellation fees.

Returns

Due to the size, nature, and customization of trailers and commercial equipment, all trailer and vehicle sales are generally considered final.

Returns are only considered if:

• The wrong product was delivered due to our error.

• The product arrived with significant shipping damage that is reported immediately upon delivery.

• The product has a verified manufacturing defect covered under the applicable warranty.

All return requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery and must include photographs, a description of the issue, and the original order information.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery or pickup before accepting it. If shipping damage is visible, it should be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to Empire Trailers USA immediately.

Failure to report visible shipping damage at the time of delivery may affect the ability to file a freight claim.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or special-order trailers

• Trailers that have been used, modified, or altered after delivery

• Products sold "As Is" or marked as clearance or final sale

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues reported after acceptance

Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping, delivery, installation, registration, financing, processing, and other service fees are non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability. Any price difference, shipping costs, or applicable fees must be paid before the replacement product is shipped.

Warranty

Many products sold by Empire Trailers USA include a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product. Warranty claims are handled according to the applicable warranty terms.
